Associate Elizabeth A. Weber is a talented litigator who understands the value of thorough preparation and the importance of clear, prompt client communications. She combines her advocacy skills with a penchant for finding creative solutions that lead to positive outcomes.
With a background in general litigation matters, Liz represents clients in tort, products liability, and insurance subrogation matters. She litigates commercial disputes, including those involving businesses, insurance claims, real estate, and other civil matters.
In addition to litigation, Liz assists clients with zoning issues, handles real estate transactions, and advises clients in corporate matters, including choice of entity, succession planning, and other business concerns.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Liz earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law. When not serving her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering, including at her children’s school and parish.
