Kevin Trabaris


Kevin Trabaris is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial finance, corporate and business transactions.

Kevin has extensive experience representing banks, financial companies, equipment lessors, insurers and other funding and intermediary entities and borrowers in connection with thousands of business financing matters. He has handled everything from small ticket transactions to billion dollar syndicated loans, real estate financing to asset-based facilities.

Kevin’s corporate and business transactional practice includes matters from the creation of a business to selling it. This includes corporation, LLC and partnership creation and advice, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate, corporate governance, vendor agreements, mergers/acquisitions and more.

Kevin is a 1985 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his Juris Doctor at Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina in 1988.  Kevin belongs to the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, American College of Investment Counsel, Commercial Finance Association, Midwest Chapter and Risk Management Association.
