Holly L. Carto joined Latimer LeVay Fyock LLC in November of 2013. Holly’s practice focuses on representation of banks and individuals as it relates to loan collection and resolution of troubled loans. She has been involved in the completion of thousands of foreclosures, both commercial and residential. Her practice also concentrates on loan workouts, including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, consent foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. She has defended banks in commercial litigation, mechanics lien litigation, building code actions as well as lien priority disputes and title claim issues. She also represents creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy proceedings.
Holly was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2003 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to earning her juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, Holly graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts.
